I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. I attended Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania receiving degrees in Biology and English Literature. I then returned to Tucson where I worked in a genetics lab for 2 years before attending medical school and completing my pediatric residency at the University of Arizona.

After my training, I moved to Honolulu, Hawaii in 2003. While on the island of Oahu, I worked in both a clinic setting and also as a pediatric hospitalist (caring for very ill, hospitalized kids) at Kapolei Medical Center for Women and Children.

On a road trip with my husband Pascal in October 2009, we traveled through Oregon and simply fell in love with the countryside, the people and the food! In May of 2010 I officially opened my practice in Newberg.

In March 2012, Pascal and I had our first child, Sebastien. Two years after his birth,  we had our second son, Maximillian. They are the loves of our lives! Not surprisingly, having Sebastien and Maximillian has made me a better pediatrician. There is nothing like raising children yourself to change your perspective and provide a wealth of practical knowledge.

My hobbies include photography, hiking, cooking, reading, watching movies and traveling.
